Product Care

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted. Please take appropriate care to enjoy the jewelry for a long time.

Unless otherwise specified, please avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, chemicals, detergents, and/or lotions. Apply any perfume first, then put on jewelry.

Our jewelry features the use of precious metal (sterling silver), and non-precious metal (14K gold-filled brass and 18K gold-plate). If the metal darken or tarnish with normal wear, we recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. However, excessive polishing will rub off the plating and should be avoided.

We use some stones and beads in our jewelry, they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are interested in returning an item(s), please e-mail us to let us know. We will accept items for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. If new item(s) has(ve) a lesser value of the original item(s) we will send you a store credit via e-mail. If new item(s) has(ve) a greater value than the original item(s), the difference can be paid to victoriabekerman.com. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Repairs

We will repair any item purchased directly from victoriabekerman.com or at one of our Events/Markets. Items purchased from one of our retail stores must be returned there. They will assist you with the repair.

We will repair pieces at no charge up to one year from date of purchase. After the year, there will be a charge for repairs. The fee will be determined by the nature of the work involved and materials.

Shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped within three to five business days after payment is received. (Weekends and US holidays are not included in shipping times). Your order will be well packaged in a sturdy box or bubble mailer. We are not responsible for packages in the unlikely event they are lost or damaged in the mail. (Although, we will do our best to help resolve any problems) Please make sure your address is accurate and free of errors.

We offer shipping via USPS. We ship overseas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.

International Customers:

Your item(s) will often arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after being sent. However, in some cases it is possible your order may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to additional customs fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Secure payment

All order information sent to victoriabekerman.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.), version 3.x and later, support SSL.
